Cr Dylan Parker, one of Randwick City’s youngest Mayors and Councillors, was guest speaker on Monday night.
The calling to serve his community was passed down from Dylan's parents. His mother also taught him the importance of life-long learning and improvement
He is looking forward to working with the many community groups in the Randwick community - sporting clubs, local charities, environmental groups, or surf clubs. Dylan is a volunteer surf life saver and is found most weekends at Maroubra Beach swimming or training with the inflatable rescue boat.
Dylan plans to rejuvenate the area and revive the city’s nightlife and preserve the many green in the Randwick area.
Dylan was present with Honorary membership of the Rotary Club of Maroubra.
