Australia Day is a day to reflect, respect and celebrate the Australian spirit and the best of this country – our mateship, our sense of community and our resilience.
With a grant from the National Australia Day Council and hard work by a team of Rotarians from District 9675 “Rotary says thank you" to frontline workers who helped us through Fire, Flood, Drought and Disease during 2020.
Over 21,000 lamingtons, a very impressive result, have been distributed to first responders, emergency services, essential workers and volunteers in Rotary District 9675.
A group of Maroubra Rotarians delivered thank you lamingtons to police officers at the Eastern Beaches Police Area Command (Maroubra and Randwick stations).
